Windows Installation

Incredibly, Windows installation of PHP still remains slightly tricky.

IIS 6

Select the ISAPI extension when installing
Add PHP as an allowed Web Service Extension in IIS Admin.
Add the .php mapping to the directory that will be running PHP scripts
Make index.php the default document
