Quad Stretches

Breathing slowly, try to hold each stretch for around 20 seconds.

Quad Static Stretch 1

  • You may need something to balance on to do this stretch.
  • Raise your left leg backwards and hold it with your left hand.
  • Pull your left leg back as far as you can, while reaching forward with your right hand.
  • You may be able to balance, or you may have to hold on to something with your right hand.
  • Stretch yourself as far forward and backwards as you can. Hold.
  • Repeat with your right leg.
