Breathing slowly, try to hold each stretch for around 20 seconds.

Groin Static Stretch 1

  • Sit on the floor with feet together and knees bent, with your heels pulled up to your body.
  • Place your elbows on the inside of your knees and gently push down until you feel the stretch.
  • Hold. No bouncing!
